Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. All returned products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BM x SM Collaboration Items (due to their limited edition nature)
- Performance Sneakers (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Final Sale Items from our MUST HAVES collection
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2 Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return Authorization Number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Pre-paid return label (if applicable)
3 Package and Ship
Carefully package your items in the original box with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

REFUND INFORMATION
Refund Processing Time
- Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund and notify you when the item becomes available again.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As a global brand serving customers worldwide (except select Asian regions and remote areas), we accept international returns. However, customers are responsible for:
- International return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or taxes
- Ensuring proper documentation for international shipments
